Home and community based Services are also known as waiver programs.
Home and community based services provides services and supports beyond those covered by MA (Medicaid/ medical assistance) program that enable a person to remain in a community setting rather than being admitted to a nursing facility.

We also accept managed care plans from:
AideWell accepts private pay patients, waiver approved patients, and long term care insurances. We are fully insured and bonded.

Our certified home health aides provide personal and professional care and assist with the activities of daily living.
The aides are under the supervision of an RN to ensure compliance with the established plan of care.
Care provided by our home health aide may include some the following:

Transportation Arrangements to Medical Appointments

Preparing Meals (According to Client’s Dietary Specifications)

General Monitoring of Health Conditions

Help the Client with Daily Personal Tasks (Bathing and Dressing)

Bathing Assistance

Provide assistance with patient personal care, grooming and toileting.

Provide assistance with mobility and ambulation.

Prepare meals and assist in feeding and/or providing fluids as needed.

Provide relief for bed-ridden client such as positioning, massaging and skin care.

Little things like preparing herself ahead of time as to the routes she needed to take to ensure she got Alex to the right place at the right time, thus doing away with any confusion as to appointment locations. This person ensured Alex took the right medication at the right time and socially interacted with Alex, making the day very pleasant and giving Alex a sounding board for conversation. This wonderful employee swept the floors, vacuumed, watered the plants, prepared meals and many other tasks, thereby helping Alex prevent any accidents.
