Kia was able to expedite my mother receiving her services after we had over 10 failed attempts over the last five years. My mother was frustrated she refused to deal with the welfare office staff anymore. Ms KIA was able to get through the dreadful county assistant office and get us results expeditiously. Ms Kia was very perfessional and took her time out to fully elevate my mother situation to provide accurate access to help and resources. This is the first time in life Iam getting assistance to helping my mother with her cancer we felt hopeless and poor buying food before medicine washing clothes before we could make appointments. Kia was great and amazing also the staff always made you feel welcomed and very comfortable to there establishment also very professional. This is the establishment that people need to come to  if people got relatives or family member that they want to take care of. Kia was able to get our family approved for the waiver less then 30 days. I would highly recommend to come join Aide Well over these other agencies. Kia would always informed us with everything and kept us updated.
